Delicious and healthy fish tacos!

Ingredients (4 servings)
  • 400 g white fish fillet (tilapia, red snapper, or hake) 
  • 1 tsp cumin 
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika 
  • Juice of 1 lime 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 8 whole corn tortillas 
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage 
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot 
  • 1/2 avocado, diced 
  • Fresh cilantro, to taste 
  • Light lime yogurt sauce: 1/2 cup plain yogurt + juice of 1/2 lime + salt and pepper 
Instructions

1) Mix cumin, paprika, lime juice, and olive oil. Rub the fish fillets with the mixture and let them marinate for 10 minutes.

2) Grill or cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until firm and golden.

3) Warm the tortillas and layer with cabbage, carrot, and fish.

4) Top with avocado, fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of the yogurt sauce.

5) Serve and enjoy! Add lime wedges and a light salad if desired.
